Dungarees To See You Through The Seasons

Another week has flown past with lots of drama with the British weather (summer seems to be a distant memory) I decided to look at something that will take you through the next few months. So this week on The Sunday Scroll… Dungarees To See You Through The Seasons.

I love – love – love my dungarees! First started sporting them around toddler age, my favourite pair being a little red corduroy number. If I remember rightly this was my outfit when security at JFK whizzed our family through at the airport. Dad looking incredibly worried that we had done something wrong but obviously it was just me looking incredible cute with pigtails and my red dungarees!

After a little hiatus of about 25 years of not wearing them I fell pregnant and the rest is history as they say. The love affair started again!

When pregnant my go to maternity dungarees were from As I didn’t want to really spend a lot of money on clothes at this time I found some online at and ordered them. If I remember rightly they were around £20-£25 and thought to myself its not too much to loose if I don’t really wear them. Well what can I say I lived in them, absolutely the most comfiest outfit I had during my pregnancy. Loved teaming them with trainers and a leather jacket.

Below I have tried to list lots of different variations to suit all tastes and sizes. With the weather being like it is I have some dungarees that should see you through all seasons. My favourite find this week is from ASOS and it’s the beautiful chambray dungaree middi sundress – not your average dungaree I know but I thought worth listing if we ever get some more sunshine or if your off to sunnier climes.

Lots of casual dungarees from Levi’s, Fatface and Free People that you can dress up and down. My favourite look is alway dungarees with trainers and leather and perfect for a busy mum lifestyle.

A few smarter options are from a Cubic at and Mint Velvet perfect for the evening with a heel and silk top underneath or perhaps a polo neck in the winter months.

A few images that should give you some help with how to style yours.

Looking for more fashion inspo then why don’t you take a look at other posts for The Sunday Scroll.

Happy shopping!
